How to claim the AXA Health refer-a-friend offer
Follow these steps only if the provider confirms the invitation and its current terms.
- Open the referral link and register for the offer before you buy.
- Get a quote and buy an eligible plan directly from AXA Health: AXA Health Plan, Personal Health or Health for You. Child-only plans do not count.
- Keep the plan and its payments going: paying monthly, your gift arrives within 70 days once the first two premiums are paid; paying annually, within 28 days of the full payment.
- Follow the emailed instructions to choose your £100 Amazon, John Lewis or M&S e-gift card.
AXA Health refer-a-friend offer: important conditions
- You must not have been a member of any AXA Health or Health-on-Line plan in the last 3 months, or be in an AXA corporate scheme unless you are leaving it within 3 months.
- Buy directly from AXA Health, not through a broker or other intermediary, and do not cancel before the gift is sent.
- One referral per household; you cannot live at the same address as the referrer.
- Health insurance is a long-term cost. Compare cover, excess and the renewal price, not just the gift. It can be combined with AXA’s 5% discount for paying annually.
